Leean Hernandez, MBA, is a seasoned C-Suite executive with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. As the Chief Financial Officer for Allyfe Pregnancy Clinic, Leean partners with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team to drive strategic financial planning, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Her extensive expertise includes hands-on roles in fractional CFO services across diverse sectors, from non-profits and property management to construction and real estate, where she delivers high-quality solutions that foster business growth and sustainability.
Throughout her career, Leean has demonstrated exceptional leadership, serving as Executive Director of West Valley Imaging, Regional Controller at Coach USA, and as a Corporate Accountant and Financial Analyst at Lankford & Associates and PricewaterhouseCoopers, respectively. Leean's deep commitment to effective financial governance has led her to actively participate on Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees, in addition to her service on the Speedway Children's Charity Board of Directors.
Leean's educational foundation includes a recent Corporate Governance certification from Wharton Executive Education, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Arizona State University.
